OVERALLTeddy’s style is very nonchalant. It’s very basic, and kind of woodsy mixed with i-don’t-give-a-fuck what you guys think. He wears flannel and his favorite grey beanie all the time, even though his parents buy him really nice clothes. He just wants to be comfortable and not look like a stupid preppy boy. He layers his shirts and wears torn jeans and he looks just fine that way.[/color][/ul]

OVERALL Teddy is a tough nut to crack. He’s smart, funny, and charming, and yet he is mysterious and doesn’t like people to get to know him too well. He is reserved about his home life, and reserved about telling people anything too serious about himself, yet he can be sweet and compassionate toward people and things. He loves theater, loves acting however he wants and putting all of his heart into this fake character he plays.
Because he isn’t so sure of himself or his sexual identity, he is just that, always acting a fake character. He is always acting this fake, charming, somewhat player, but still sweet and sensitive guy, when really he doesn’t think he actually wants anything to do with the ladies. The only lady he’s ever been close to is his sister and he has a dear relationship to her. She’s the only person who knows about his identity crisis. They seem inseperable, even from birth they were always together. He treats her like a princess and in return she treats him like a god.
Teddy also loathes empathy and telepaths on principle. He hates people knowing how he is feeling or what he is thinking. He hated people in his head, and he refuses to associate himself with them. It’s like he can feel them wandering through his brain, learning his dark secrets and able to share them with the world. He doesn’t like it, and although he never thought he could ever hate someone, he hates them.
Although Teddy loves to be the big softie that he really is, he hates feeling vulnerable, and feeling like he could get emotional. He doesn’t want people to see him as that little, sensitive faggot, because of his father’s prejudice toward homosexuals. It wasn’t a big part of his life historically, it was just a quirk that his father always had and always told Ted about.

OVERALL Theodore was not born blue. Let’s start with that. Theodore was born two minutes before his sister, Eloise, in Nice, France eighteen years ago. Theodore and his sister spent most of their life in a little bubble of suburbia. His parents were the quintessential perfect family that lived in America, wanted to have fun in their life before becoming parents, moved to France, ended up having kids and moved back when the kids turned three. Teddy and Eloise were a matched set, and always stayed with each other. After an incident with Ellie and a guy who tried to take advantage of his sister when they were fourteen, Teddy had a freakout, when Eloise told him what happened and was talking about how he was going to kill the guy and then he threw up, thinking about his sister being hurt in that way. He made his way to the bathroom. He started to run a fever and he felt extreme pain. His sister walked in when she heard him shouting in pain. He had literally turned blue and his hair was red like it was on fire or something.
When his parents saw him they freaked out and started shouting how he was an abomination and he was going to hell, his sister intervened, telling them to stop. She grabbed her parents wrists and told them to stop, that he looked fine the way he was and that they wouldn’t even notice. Her parents agreed with entrancement-like qualities. Freaked out, Ellie let go and they shook their heads and looked at the two them. Teddy, who was still blue, went by them unnoticed for a few days before the police showed up to bring the both of them to the mutant concentration camp. By the time they showed up, Teddy had figured out how to get himself to look normally and to go back and forth. He figured out that he could look like anyone if he wanted, and he followed Ellie around looking just like her for a couple of days.
